وحققت الشركة أرباح خلال الربع الحالي مقارنة بتحقيق خسائر خلال الربع السابق ويعود ذلك إلى ما يلي:
1. تحقيق أرباح من الصفقة الجوهرية التي تتمثل في بيع جميع الأسهم التي تملكها الشركة في كل من شركة الأحساء للخدمات الطبية وشركة السلام للخدمات الطبية وبلغت أرباح الصفقة 418,061,803 ريال.
2. ارتفاع ربح حصة الشركة من أرباح شركة شقيقة.
