ويتكون قصر العان التراثي من 4 أدوار مشيّدة على طراز معماري فريد للبيوت التراثية، التي تعكس هوية المجتمع النجراني وتاريخه، وبُني من الطين وأسقفه من خشب وجذوع النخيل وسعفها وأشجار الأثل والسدر، كما يحيط به عدة أبراج دائرية ومستطيلة لحمايته وحماية المنطقة المحيطة به.
