جديد قضية دهس الطفلة "غيثة" في شاطئ سيدي رحال

تنظر المحكمة الزجرية الابتدائية ببرشيد اليوم الأربعاء، في ملف الشاب المتهم بدهس الطفلة غيثة في شاطئ سيدي رحال منتصف شهر يونيو الماضي.

وكانت المحكمة قد حددت تاريخ 23 يوليوز الجاري، موعدا للنظر في الملف الذي يتابع فيه الشاب المتهم في حالة اعتقال بعدما تم رفض طلب السراح المؤقت الذي تقدم به دفاعه.

وفي تطورات الوضع الصحي للطفلة، كشف دفاعها خلال جلسة الأسبوع الماضي، أمام المحكمة الابتدائية ببرشيد، أن حالتها الصحية متدهورة قد تستدعي نقلها إلى إيطاليا لإجراء عملية جراحية على مستوى الجمجمة، مشيرا إلى أنها قد تحتاج مستقبلا إلى عمليات أخرى.

وأكد محامي الضحية في تصريحات لوسائل الإعلام الوطنية، أن الطفلة أجرت عملية أولية بعد تعرضها لإصابات خطيرة على مستوى الرأس والجمجمة، مشيرا إلى أن الدفاع تقدم أمام المحكمة بطلب إجراء خبرة خاصة وأن هذا النوع من الإصابات غالبا ما تنتج عنه أضرار خطيرة قد ترافق الضحية طيلة حياتها.

وكانت الطفلة غيثة التي قدمت رفقة أسرتها إلى المغرب من إيطاليا لقضاء العطلة، قد تعرضت يوم الأحد 15 يونيو الجاري، لعملية دهس من طرف شاب في بداية العشرينيات من عمره، كان يقود سيارة رباعية الدفع من نوع 'توارك' وتجر خلفها دراجة مائية جيتسكي.

وخلف الحادث صدمة في صفوف المصطافين والآباء الذين عبروا عن قلقهم من غياب شروط السلامة بأغلب شواطئ الممكلة، مستغربين من السماح بولوج السيارات إلى هذه الفضاءات في وقت تكتظ بالعائلات والأطفال تزامنا مع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة وتزايد الإقبال عليها.
