كما يعمل مستشفى أجياد للطوارئ والمراكز الثلاثة للطوارئ داخل الحرم على مدار الساعة، إضافةً إلى تشغيل مستشفى الحرم الموسمي في الساحات الشمالية للمسجد الحرام.
