وأكد الحموان عدم التهاون في تطبيق العقوبات النظامية على المخالفين، داعيًا المواطنين والمقيمين إلى التعاون مع الأمانة وتقديم البلاغات عبر مركز الاتصال الموحد 940 وتطبيق بلدي.
