Reaffirming its commitment to youth empowerment and skill development, Orange Jordan served as the exclusive telecommunications sponsor of the MENA YES! 2025 Conference. Held under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Jordan, Dr. Jaafar Hassan, and organized by Education for Employment (EFE) in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and its DigiSkills Association, the conference gathered over 250 participants from across the Middle East and North Africa to explore innovative solutions that enhance youth employability and address key workforce challenges in the region.
Representing the Prime Minister, the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Eng. Sami Smeirat, attended the closing day of the conference, which spanned two days and brought together participants from various sectors to collaborate on developing practical solutions and strengthening cooperation in youth employment and entrepreneurship. The conference featured specialized panel discussions, interactive workshops, and focused dialogue sessions that addressed a wide range of topics directly impacting youth employment opportunities. The discussions centered around four key themes reflecting the most prominent trends in today’s labor market: artificial intelligence and the digital economy, jobs in the green and circular economy, economic opportunities for women and their participation in the workforce, as well as mental health and social support for youth.
