Reflecting its “Caring” value, which is a cornerstone of its corporate culture, Orange Jordan continues to translate its care for its employees into tangible initiatives that place their health and well-being at the heart of its priorities. Within this framework, the company launched its “Health Month” campaign under the theme “Your Health, Your Priority”, coinciding with October’s health campaigns to raise awareness of the importance of preventive care and encourage employees to adopt healthy habits that contribute to improving their quality of life.

The campaign includes a range of events, activities, and awareness messages covering various health-related topics, including breast cancer awareness and mental health, alongside a blood donation campaign, a medical day, and flu vaccinations. These initiatives form part of an integrated approach aimed at fostering a culture of health awareness and prevention and making well-being an integral part of employees’ daily lives.

As part of the campaign, Orange Jordan partnered with NatHealth to organize a free, all-inclusive medical day at its headquarters. Employees received medical consultations, early screenings, and preventive services from an extensive network of accredited medical centers specialized in various areas, encompassing ophthalmology, orthopedics, family medicine, audiology, dentistry, nutrition, and skincare. Pharmacies and dietary supplement companies also participated, providing health advice and granting access to diverse services in the workplace.

The company also organized a blood donation campaign at its headquarters, promoting the significant impact of blood donation in saving lives and supplying critical units when needed. The event inspires employees to take part in health and humanitarian initiatives while fostering a culture of giving and social responsibility, built on the belief that individual contributions can make a real difference in the lives of others.

Furthermore, recognizing mental wellbeing as an essential part of overall health and quality of life, Orange Jordan allocated a space to increase awareness of psychological health. This included a dedicated Orange Radio episode featuring a therapist to deepen understanding of mental health and to shed light on how psychology plays a critical role in daily lives. The initiative further reinforces the company’s efforts to improve health awareness and encourage employees to pay attention to their mental health alongside their physical health.

Orange Jordan affirmed that the value of 'Caring' goes beyond the traditional concepts of care and is reflected in practices and initiatives that respond to individuals' needs, support their health, and contribute to providing a positive work environment in which employees feel valued and supported. From this standpoint, the company is committed to continuing to launch initiatives that enhance the quality of life and promote awareness of the importance of preventive healthcare, driven by its belief that caring for people forms the foundation for growth, cooperation, and shared success.

The company remains guided by its key corporate values of Caring, Responsible, and Bold through initiatives that demonstrate its commitment to providing the best for its customers, employees, and the community. It further maintains its dedication to delivering on promises, acting responsibly and transparently, as well as taking initiative and seizing opportunities.
