مهنيو "الطاكسيات" ينبهون إلى خطورة الانتشار العشوائي لـ"التريبورتور" بالبيضاء

نبه المكتب الجهوي للنقابة الوطنية لمهنيي ومهنيات سيارات الأجرة، التابع للاتحاد المغربي للشغل الاتحاد النقابي للنقل الطرقي، إلى 'الوضعية المتفاقمة التي تعرفها العديد من شوارع وأحياء مدينة الدار البيضاء، بسبب الانتشار غير المنظم والعشوائي للدراجات النارية ثلاثية العجلات 'التريبورتور'.

وأوضح المكتب النقابي ضمن مراسلة موجهة إلى والي الأمن بالجهة، أن هذه الوسائل التي يفترض أن تؤدي وظائف نقل خفيفة في إطار من النظام والمسؤولية، أصبحت مصدرًا لفوضى عارمة وسببا في حوادث متكررة تهدد سلامة المواطنين سواء الراجلين منهم أو مستعملي الطريق'.

وكشف أن السكان يسجلون 'تزايدًا لحالات السير في الاتجاه المعاكس احتلال الأرصفة والسرعة المفرطة، ناهيك عن بعض السلوكيات العدوانية التي تصل أحيانًا إلى حد التهديد والعنف اللفظي أو الجسدي ضد المواطنين أو ممثلي السلطات'، مشيرا إلى 'مايشكله هذا الوضع من خطر حقيقي على النظام العام والسلامة الطرقية، ملتمسا التدخل العاجل لتفعيل المراقبة الأمنية على مستعملي هذه الوسائل'.

وأكد المصدر ذاته، على أهمية التنسيق مع باقي السلطات المختصة لضبط استعمال 'التريبورتور' وفق شروط السلامة القانونية الحد من استعمالها في المجالات غير المخصصة لها، خاصة وسط الأحياء السكنية والمناطق الحساسة، وفتح نقاش مؤسساتي حول تأطير هذا النمط من النقل غير المهيكل وتحديد مجالات اشتغاله بشكل ل تأطير هذا النمط صارم'.
