باراغواي تجسد اعترافها بالسيادة المغربية على الصحراء بإعلان فتح قنصلية عامة

 جسدت جمهورية باراغواي، اليوم الأربعاء، اعترافها بالسيادة المغربية على الصحراء، بإعلان فتح قنصلية عامة.

فخلال مباحثاته بالرباط مع وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، ناصر بوريطة، جدد وزير العلاقات الخارجية بجمهورية باراغواي، روبين راميريز ليسكانو، تأكيد دعم بلاده الكامل لسيادة المغرب على صحرائه ولمبادرة الحكم الذاتي التي قدمتها المملكة سنة 2007، والتي تعتبر بمثابة الأساس الوحيد الجدي والموثوق والواقعي لتسوية هذا النزاع الإقليمي.

وبهذه المناسبة، أعلن رئيس دبلوماسية باراغواي عن قرار بلاده فتح قنصلية عامة في الأقاليم الجنوبية قريبا، كمؤشر لدعم واضح للوحدة الترابية للمملكة.

ويأتي هذا الموقف امتدادا لسحب أسونسيون اعترافها بالكيان الوهمي في سنة 2014، وكذا في إطار سلسلة الإعلانات المشتركة والمشاورات السياسية، التي عززت منذ ذلك الحين دعم باراغواي للقضية الوطنية للمغرب.

ويمثل قرار فتح قنصلية عامة في الأقاليم الجنوبية للمملكة فعلا سياسيا قويا، يعكس الاعتراف المتزايد، في أمريكا اللاتينية، بسيادة المغرب على أقاليمه الجنوبية ومتانة روابط الصداقة والتعاون التي تجمع المملكة المغربية بجمهورية باراغواي.
