تداول المكتب السياسي لحزب التقدم والاشتراكية، خلال اجتماعه العادي أمس الثلاثاء، بالمقر الوطني للحزب في الدار البيضاء، في معالم الدخول التعليمي الحالي، المدرسي والجامعي، وبهذا الشأن أعرب عن رفضه عزمَ الحكومة تمرير القانون المنظِّم للتعليم العالي دون إشراكٍ ولا تشاوُرٍ مع الأطراف المعنية، وفي مقدمتها النقابة الوطنية للتعليم العالي.
ووصف حزب التقديم والاشتراكية، في بلاغ له، اطلع عليه 'سيت أنفو'، منهجية بشأن القانون المنظِّم للتعليم العالي بكونها 'إقصائية وتكرس المخاوف المجتمعية إزاء التراجعات التي يحملها هذا المشروع التشريعي للحكومة'.
ومن جانبٍ متصل، توقف المكتبُ السياسي، بمناسبة الدخول المدرسي، عند استمرار نفس الاختلالات التي تعرفها المدرسة العمومية، التي تحتاج إلى إصلاحٍ حقيقي لتحقيق الجودة وتكافؤ الفرص، وبالخصوص إلى تقييم تجربة “مؤسسات الريادة”، وإلى إصلاح البرامج والمناهج وفق التوجُّهات التحديثية التي أقرها القانون الإطار.
في الوقت نفسه، جدّد حزبُ التقدم والاشتراكية، إثارة الانتباه إلى غلاء المستلزمات الدراسية، بما يثقل كاهل الأسر المتوسطة والمستضعفة، والتي تعاني، لا سيما مع القطاع الخصوصي، من فوضى الأسعار، ومن فرض رسوم تسجيلٍ وتأمينٍ فاحشة، ومن فرض كتب دراسية مستوردة ومرتفعة السعر بشكلٍ مهول.
وبهذا الصدد، طالب الحزب الحكومةَ بتحمل المسؤولية والتدخل الصارم، بهدف ضبط وتنظيم الممارسات السلبية السائدة في التعليم الخصوصي، طالما أن الأمر يتعلق بخدمةٍ عمومية حيوية.
