وزيرة العلاقات الخارجية الإكوادورية: الإكوادور والمغرب عازمان على تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي

أكدت وزيرة العلاقات الخارجية الإكوادورية، غابرييلا سومرفيلد، اليوم الجمعة بالرباط، عزم الإكوادور والمغرب على إعطاء زخم جديد لتعاونهما الاقتصادي وتعزيز تدفقات الاستثمارات بما يتيح الاستفادة من الفرص التي يتيحها الجانبان.

وقالت سومرفيلد، خلال لقاء صحفي مشترك مع وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، ناصر بوريطة، إن 'بلدينا تحدوهما رغبة مشتركة في تطوير تدفقات التجارة والاستثمارات، بهدف توقيع اتفاق تجاري كفيل باستغلال أمثل للفرص التي يوفرها سوقا البلدين'.

وأبرزت في هذا الصدد أهمية تنويع الصادرات بين المغرب والإكوادور، داعية إلى إشراك أكبر للقطاع الخاص في هذه الدينامية المدفوعة بالإمكانات الكبيرة التي يتمتع بها الاقتصادان المغربي والإكوادوري.

وأشارت وزيرة العلاقات الخارجية الإكوادورية إلى أن الطرفين يدرسان إنشاء لجنة بهدف تحقيق هذه الرغبة المشتركة وتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي الثنائي، مشيدة بمتانة الحوار بين الرباط وكيتو، والذي توج بإرساء أجندة شراكة استراتيجية.

وأبرزت أن الإكوادور والمغرب اللذين يتشاركان القيم نفسها اتفقا على تعزيز المبادرات والمشاريع المشتركة في مجالات الأمن والاستعلامات ومكافحة الإرهاب والاتجار بالمخدرات، بالإضافة إلى استخدام أحدث التقنيات.

وعلى الصعيد متعدد الأطراف، أشارت سومرفيلد إلى أن البلدين أعربا عن عزمهما على العمل معا لتعزيز السلم والأمن والتنمية في جميع أنحاء العالم.

وبخصوص قضية الصحراء المغربية، جددت الوزيرة الإكوادورية التأكيد على أن بلادها تعتبر أن مبادرة الحكم الذاتي تظل 'الأساس لحل هذا النزاع الإقليمي'، وتدعم جهود المملكة الرامية إلى التوصل إلى حل سياسي وواقعي وبراغماتي ودائم ومقبول من لدن الأطراف في إطار منظمة الأمم المتحدة.
