أفاد الوزير المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، بأن العرض الخاص بالنقل البحري للمسافرين بين المغرب وجنوب أوروبا في إطار عملية 'مرحبا 2025″، سيتعزز بتأمين ما مجموعه 520 رحلة أسبوعية، وذلك للاستجابة للتدفقات المنتظرة خلال الفترة الصيفية لهذه السنة.
وأوضح بايتاس، في رده على أسئلة الصحافيين عقب انعقاد مجلس الحكومة حول هذه العملية، التي تنظم تحت الرعاية السامية للملك محمد السادس، أن الطاقة الاستيعابية للعرض الخاص بالنقل البحري تناهز 500 ألف مسافر و130 ألف سيارة أسبوعيا.
وفي هذا الصدد، أبرز الوزير أنه تمت تعبئة أسطول يتكون من 29 باخرة تابعة لسبع شركات ملاحية سيتم تشغيلها عبر 12 خط بحري يربط الموانئ المغربية بنظيراتها في كل من إسبانيا وفرنسا وإيطاليا.
وأكد أن الجهود المبذولة لإنجاح هذه العملية تهم، كذلك، تعزيز السلامة والأمن من خلال تقوية آليات المراقبة على مستوى الحدود، وتوفير المواكبة عن قرب عبر تخصيص 24 مركز استقبال؛ منها 18 داخل التراب الوطني و6 بالخارج، وكذا تعبئة الفرق الطبية المختصة في الطرق وفضاءات الاستراحة، وغيرها.
وأشار إلى أن المراكز القنصلية ستشتغل، كالمعتاد، بنظام المداومة أيام السبت والأحد والعطل من 15 يونيو إلى غاية 15 شتنبر.
