وقال المصدر لـ السومرية نيوز ان 'رجلا تعرض الى صعقة كهربائية بعد دخول مياه الامطار الى منزله في منطقة التحرير قرب مدينة بعقوبة، ما أدى الى مصرعه في الحال'.
