دعم مالي سعودي للسلطة الفلسطينية بقيمة 30 مليون دولار

قدمت المملكة العربية السعودية اليوم الخميس دعما ماليا للسلطة الفلسطينية بقيمة 30 مليون دولار.

وذكرت وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية، أن وزير المالية الفلسطيني عمر البيطار، تسلم اليوم الخميس، هذه المنحة في مقر سفارة المملكة العربية السعودية في العاصمة الأردنية عمان، خلال لقائه مع القائم بالأعمال بالإنابة في السفارة محمد بن حسن مونس.

ونقلت الوكالة عن البيطار إشادته بالدعم المالي والسياسي المتواصل للمملكة، مؤكدا على أهمية هذه المساهمة في التخفيف من حدة الأزمة المالية التي تمر بها دولة فلسطين، في ظل السياسات الإسرائيلية الأخيرة.

وثمن، الموقف التاريخي الثابت للمملكة العربية السعودية تجاه فلسطين، ودعم حقوقها المشروعة وإقامة دولتها المستقلة.

ومن جانبه، أوضح مونس أن هذه الدفعة تأتي في إطار حرص المملكة على دعم الحكومة الفلسطينية وتمكينها من الوفاء بالتزاماتها المالية، مشيرا إلى أهمية هذه المساعدات في تعزيز صمود الشعب الفلسطيني وتخفيف معاناتهم في مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية والإنسانية.

وأكد على التزام بلاده الثابت بدعم حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني، مشيرا إلى أن المملكة العربية السعودية قدمت نحو 5.3 مليار دولار خلال السنوات الماضية، شملت تقديم مساعدات إنسانية واغاثية وتنموية ضمن دعمها لدولة فلسطين.
