السومرية نيوز – محلي أعلنت مديرية مرور أربيل، اليوم الاثنين، عن ضبط سيارة مدنية تحمل لوحات بغداد عليها غرامات تبلغ 80 مليون دينار.

وقال المتحدث باسم المديرية هيمن أمين في تصريح تابعته السومرية نيوز، انه 'تم ضبط سيارة تحمل لوحة تسجيل بغداد، بعد أن تبين أن عليها غرامات مرورية كبيرة'.
