ولفت إلى أن هناك توقعات أيضا على محافظات المنطقة الشرقية تفيد بهطول أمطار من متوسطة إلى غزيرة من يوم غد الجمعة وتستمر حتى يوم الاثنين خلال فترات متفاوتة.

وبين أنها تشمل الجبيل والدمام والخبر والعديد والأحساء وبقيق والقطيف، وحفر الباطن والخفجي والقرية العليا والنعيرية.
