"فيدرالية نسائية" تشيد بتخصيص 140 مليار درهم للصحة والتعليم وتدعو لتفعيل المساواة

أعربت فيدرالية رابطة حقوق النساء عن ترحيبها بالتوجهات العامة لمشروع قانون المالية لسنة 2026، التي أقرها المجلس الوزاري يوم 19 أكتوبر 2025، مثمنة الإشارات الملكية التي تؤكد على تعزيز التنمية الشاملة، وترسيخ دولة الحق والمؤسسات، والاستجابة لتطلعات المجتمع المدني والحركة النسائية نحو مزيد من العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة بين النساء والرجال.

 وأشادت الفيدرالية، في بلاغ لها، اطلع عليه "سيت أنفو"، بما تضمنه مشروع القانون من مؤشرات إيجابية، خاصة تخصيص 140 مليار درهم لقطاعي الصحة والتعليم، وإحداث 27 ألف منصب مالي جديد، ومواصلة برامج الحماية الاجتماعية والدعم المباشر للأسر. كما نوهت بالتدابير المتعلقة بدعم التمثيلية السياسية للنساء والشباب، ومنها تخصيص لوائح جهوية حصرية للنساء ودعم الحملات الانتخابية للشباب بنسبة تصل إلى 75%.

وفي المقابل، أكدت الفيدرالية على ضرورة تعزيز مقاربة النوع الاجتماعي في الميزانية ومتابعة أثرها، داعية إلى دعم المقاولات النسائية وضمان العدالة الجبائية.

وشددت على أهمية مبدأ الحكامة والشفافية كمدخل لترسيخ الثقة والمساءلة، مؤكدةً على ضرورة تعزيز دور المجتمع المدني كشريك في المتابعة والتقييم، وإحداث آليات مؤسساتية للتشاور الدائم مع الحكومة.

وجددت الفيدرالية، في ختام بلاغها، مطالبتها بتوسيع نطاق الحقوق والحريات الفردية والجماعية، والإفراج عن المعتقلين، بمن فيهم معتقلو الريف، معتبرة هذه الخطوات ضرورية لإرساء مناخ إيجابي يواكب الإصلاحات الكبرى المنتظرة، مشيرة إلى أن نجاح قانون المالية 2026 مرتبط بمدى التفعيل الفعلي لمبدأ المساواة والمناصفة في جميع السياسات العمومية.
