الملك يطلع على فتوى المجلس العلمي الأعلى حول الزكاة ويأذن بنشرها للعموم

 أكد المجلس العلمي الأعلى أن أمير المؤمنين الملك محمد السادس، تفضل فاطلع على نص فتوى المجلس حول الزكاة وأذن جلالته بوضعها رهن إشارة العموم.

وأوضح المجلس في بلاغ اليوم الأربعاء أن "مولانا أمير المؤمنين حفظه الله تفضل فاطلع على نص الفتوى وأذن بوضعها رهن إشارة العموم. وسيتم وضعها على موقع المجلس العلمي الأعلى يوم الجمعة 24 أكتوبر 2025 على الساعة الثالثة بعد الزوال، وعلى موقع وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية كذلك".

وذكر بأن "مولانا أمير المؤمنين حفظه الله تفضل فوجه إلى المجلس العلمي الأعلى رسالة سامية بمناسبة ذكرى المولد النبوي الشريف، ومرور خمسة عشر قرنا على مولده عليه الصلاة والسلام؛ وذلك بتاريخ 10 شتنبر 2025. ومما جاء فيها توجيه عناية المجلس العلمي الأعلى إلى تحرير فتوى شاملة حول الزكاة".

وتابع البلاغ أنه "استجابة للتوجيه الملكي السامي، وتنفيذا لمضامين الرسالة المولوية، كلف المجلس العلمي الأعلى هيأة الافتاء المختصة التي عكفت على إعداد الفتوى التي صادق عليها المجلس العلمي الأعلى. وتم رفعها إلى السدة العالية بالله بتاریخ 06 أكتوبر 2025."
