الشرقاوي: الملك تفاعل مع المطالب المجتمعية بواقعية وبما تفرضه دولة المؤسسات

  أشاد المحلل السياسي، عمر الشرقاوي، بمضامين الخطاب الذي ألقاه الملك محمد السادس، اليوم الجمعة، بمناسبة افتتاح الدورة الأولى من السنة التشريعية الخامسة من الولاية التشريعية الحالية، معتبراً أنه شكّل تفاعلا واضحا وواقعيا مع المطالب المجتمعية والسياسات العمومية.

وقال الشرقاوي، في تدوينة نشرها على صفحته بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي “فيسبوك”، إن الملك تفاعل مع مطالب السياسات العمومية بخطاب السياسات العمومية، مضيفاً أن الخطاب "جاء متجاوبا مع واقعية المطالب المرفوعة إليه بواقعية الحلول، التي تبتعد عن منطق العصا السحرية ودون تراكم وتعبئة".

وأكد المحلل السياسي ذاته، أن الملك تجاوب مع أولويات المطالب المعلنة بأولويات الأجندة الملكية التي لا تقيم تعارضا بين المشاريع الاستراتيجية والسياسات العمومية.

وختم الشرقاوي تحليله بالتأكيد على أن الخطاب الملكي لم يكن مفارقا للواقع، بل منصتا لما يدور لكن من داخل الدستور وما تفرضه دولة المؤسسات.
