الحكومة تُعيد هيكلة التعمير والمعادن وتُطلق إصلاحات في الصحة والتعليم العالي

 ينعقد، بعد غد الخميس، مجلس للحكومة برئاسة عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة.

وذكرت رئاسة الحكومة، في بلاغ لها، أن المجلس سيتدارس في بدايته مشروعي قانونين يتعلق الأول منهما بالوكالات الجهوية للتعمير والإسكان، والثاني بتحويل المكتب الوطني للهيدروكاربورات والمعادن إلى شركة مساهمة.

وأضاف البلاغ أن المجلس سيواصل أشغاله بدراسة أربعة مشاريع مراسيم يتعلق الأول منها بتحديد النظام الأساسي النموذجي لمهنيي الصحة بالمجموعات الصحية الترابية، والثاني بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم الصادر في شأن منح أجرة تكميلية للأساتذة الباحثين في الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان، والثالث بتحديد تاريخ الشروع الفعلي للمجموعة الصحية الترابية لجهة طنجة – تطوان – الحسيمة في ممارسة اختصاصاتها، فيما يتعلق مشروع المرسوم الأخير بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم الصادر في شأن النظام الأساسي الخاص بهيئة الأساتذة الباحثين في الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان.

وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن المجلس سيختتم أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور، مضيفا أن الحكومة ستعقد، بعد انتهاء أشغال المجلس الحكومي، اجتماعا خاصا لدراسة بعض مقترحات القوانين.
